Cancellation of reservation from the DHI-2009 Conference: 1.Complete cancelling the reservation from the Reservation Register should be performed in writing to the following E-mail address of the DHI-2009 Conference before May 31,2009: registration@sdhs.se 2. The fee for the cancellation is 50% of the Registration Fee. It is impossible to reimburse a person with the cost of Reservation fee after June 1, 2009. If the resigned participant is able to find another participant, then it reduces the cancellation fee for 500 SEK less. 3.
